When it comes to treating skin problems, essential oils are more likely to work well topically. This involves the use of a few drops of oil. To reduce the risk of reaction, you must dilute essential oils with a carrier oil, such as argan, sunflower, almond, or olive oil, before using them.

For optimal results, use a couple of drops per tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into your skin until thoroughly absorbed.

PRECAUTIONS TO TAKE BEFORE USING ESSENTIAL OILS

Despite the fact that essential oils are natural, they can be just as effective as pharmaceutical drugs. You should not take them orally, and you should not try to self-treat any existing medical issue. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before taking essential oils.
