Handling
The bike’s handling is excellent for a sport bike, and its quick shifts make it easy to change gears. We experienced a false neutral mid-corner while selecting a gear and felt a little roll on power after the engine braking. The R1250R comes standard with traction control, which was unobtrusive and only visible when the dash light was illuminated. The bike was not easy to wheelie, but it remained a smooth ride throughout our test rides.
